Discover what you need to improve the likelihood of attaining your goal. Search for it. Notice the gaps between you and your goal. Fill those gaps with your current skills and with those soon acquired. Discover these skills. Use them. Rely on them.
Express yourself in ways that are consistent with your goal. In thought. In word. In deed. Your next actions will express that core desire. What specific actions will clearly show your commitment to change? Be specific. Get ready. Get set. Go! Express it!
Advance your skills. Learn, grow and improve. Become stronger. Achieve mastery in this arena of health improvement. Within the days and weeks ahead you will go beyond where you have gone before. Surpassing obstacles that have stopped you in the past. Forward. Advance.
To whom or to what will you look for support? What or who makes up your “Amen Corner”? This is your supply chain, your back up, your reminders, accountability and encouragement. Know these people. They do not do the work for you, but will give encouraging strength and balance when most needed.
